The Brief

GLAMFOX needed the jar to look like a prize, not a product photo. Rosehip oil and hyaluronic acid are common ingredients on a crowded shelf — the ad had to earn "premium" through presentation alone, since the formula story is one most competitors can also tell.

The brief leaned toward a beauty-editorial mood: a pedestal moment, not a catalogue shot, that would still carry the SKU details (50g, ingredients, site URL) needed for a paid placement.

  • AMake a small 50g jar feel like the hero of a full campaign, not a cropped product photo
  • BSignal "rosehip + hyaluron" through mood and colour, not just an ingredient list
  • CFit brand name, weight, formula, and URL in without breaking the editorial feel

1
Serif wordmark sets the register
"GLAMFOX" runs in a high-contrast display serif rather than a beauty-standard sans — that one choice is what pushes the ad from "skincare" toward "fragrance campaign."
2
Halo ring frames the product
A glowing ring sits behind the jar like a spotlight — it gives the eye a single place to land before it ever reaches the label copy.
3
Podium + glass disc build a stage
The mirrored disc under the jar does two jobs at once: it reads as a reflection (premium, editorial) and as a plinth (the jar is a prize being presented).
4
Rib lines add texture without noise
Fine vertical stripes on the right edge keep the flat pink background from feeling empty, echoing fluted glass packaging without competing with the jar.

Build Sequence

Pulled straight from the working file — the ad built up in layers, stage over stage, inside the canvas editor.

● Recorded in the Creative Canvas editor

Stage 1 - base cutout
Stage 1
Base cutout on gradient
Product cutout placed on a plain pink gradient field — no set, no props yet.
Stage 2 - staging built
Stage 2
Stage built underneath
Halo ring, podium cylinder, and mirrored glass disc added to give the jar somewhere to "stand."
Stage 3 - background and wordmark
Stage 3
Rib lines + wordmark
Vertical stripe texture added to the background, then the serif "GLAMFOX" wordmark set and styled with the text tool.
Stage 4 - final copy and composition
Stage 4
Copy locked, composition finished
Weight, formula subhead, and site URL placed top and bottom, then the whole canvas zoomed out to check the full composition.

A single hue family, split by value rather than by adding new colours — that restraint is what keeps a full-bleed pink background from feeling loud.

Serif for the wordmark carries the premium signal; a clean geometric sans underneath keeps the subhead and URL easy to scan.

Why It Works

Editorial, not catalogue
The podium-and-halo staging borrows from fragrance advertising, not skincare listings — it's the fastest way to make a 50g jar feel expensive.
One hue, full commitment
Every element — ring, podium, glass, background — stays inside the same pink family, so the ad reads as a considered set rather than a stock backdrop.
Built in layers, checked at scale
Staging, background, and copy were added as separate passes and the canvas zoomed out at the end — catching legibility issues before export, not after.
